  • Advisory Circle Member - Provide guidance and leadership regarding the direction of the CREation Funding Program.

O’KANATA

2023 - Present

  • Founder and Executive Director of O’KANATA, a federal non-profit dedicated to advancing Indigenous youth prosperity.

  • O’KANATA’s Board of Directors is fully comprised of Indigenous Youth (18-29).

2024 EU-Arctic Youth Dialogue

2024 - 2024

  • Together with over 31 youth, we explored youth involvement and co-decision-making in the Arctic and Europe.

  • Presented policy recommendations to the European Commission in Brussels.

2024 - 2024

  • This 4-week leadership training program engages 100 Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth in part-time work that supports them to become community champions of reconciliation in their schools.

The Arctic Youth Network

2024 - Present

  • Indigenous Peoples Working Group Member; aims to address key challenges faced by Arctic Indigenous youth, such as accessibility to education and resources, communication barriers, and limited funding opportunities.

2025 EU-Arctic Youth Dialogue

2024 - 2025

  • The Arctic Youth Dialogue is an EU initiative designed to foster dialogue, understanding, and cooperation among young people with a connection to or interest in the Arctic. Alongside consortium members and my fellow co-facilitator, we led 35 youth from across Europe and Arctic states who came together in Finland in June 2025 to share ideas and experiences on Arctic topics.
